Associate/Senior Associate - Corporate and M&A - Sofia

For the support of our Sofia M&A team we are looking for a committed and experienced M&A lawyer with a pronounced economic interest and deep knowledge in the areas of corporate, M&A, commercial and competition law.

Our requirements:

Completed law studies with excellent academic record
LL.M., MBA, Doctorate or comparable postgraduate studies are an advantage
Good knowledge of civil, corporate, and contract law
At least 5 years of professional experience
Technical interest and relevant publications or additional training in the mentioned areas of law are an advantage
Strong analytical skills
Accurate, independent and solution-oriented work
Excellent command of English
Knowledge of German is an advantage
Teamwork and ability to coordinate and supervise junior team members
