We are seeking a full-time Associate to join our team at CERHA HEMPEL Slovenia in Ljubljana. In this on-site role, the Associate will play a key part in supporting legal projects through research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with client communication. The role also involves working closely with senior team members to deliver strategic legal advice and foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis
Draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Support client communications and case management
Collaborate with senior lawyers to provide strategic advice
Maintain and build client relationships

Qualifications

Law degree from an accredited institution
Passed bar exam
Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and communication
Solid knowledge of corporate and commercial law
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in legal software and technology
Fluency in English and Slovenian (knowledge of German is an advantage)
