For the support of our Ljubljana team we are looking for a committed junior lawyer with a pronounced economic interest, strong work ethic and willingness to deepen their knowledge in the areas of corporate and commercial law as well competition, banking & finance and employment law.

Our requirements:

Completed law studies with excellent academic record
LL.M. or comparable postgraduate studies are an advantage
Good knowledge of civil, corporate and contract law
Professional experience as a trainee lawyer or university assistant is an advantage
Strong analytical skills
Accurate, independent and solution-oriented work
Excellent command of English
Knowledge of German is an advantage
Teamwork
